Our Store Policy

At Northridge Suits & Tux, we are dedicated to ensuring you look your best. We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and our expert tailoring services. To provide clarity for your purchase and services, please review our store policy below.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales at Northridge Suits & Tux are final. We do not offer refunds.

However, we are pleased to offer a store credit or an exchange for the full purchase price on any un-altered suits or unopened products within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must present your original purchase receipt.

Important Considerations:


  • Receipts: A valid purchase receipt is required for all exchanges or store credit considerations. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit without a receipt.

  • Condition of Items: All items for exchange or store credit must be in their original, un-altered condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging, if applicable.

  • Promotional Items: If your original purchase included a promotional item (e.g., a "buy one, get one" offer), the promotional item must also be returned. If you choose to keep the promotional item, its value will be deducted from the amount of your exchange or store credit.

Tailoring & Alterations

To provide you with the perfect fit, any garment that you have agreed to have altered will be prepared for our tailors within one hour of purchase.


  • Garments Purchased In-Store: Once an item has been marked for alteration, it is considered a final sale and is not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit. There are no exceptions to this policy.

  • Tailoring Timeframe: Please allow a minimum of two (2) business days for our tailoring services to be completed. While we may be able to accommodate earlier completion times as a courtesy to our customers, this is not guaranteed.

  • Alterations for Outside Products: We are happy to offer our expert tailoring services for garments not purchased at our store. We will cover the cost of these alterations up to $150. For items valued at more than $150, management must be notified and will decide at their discretion whether to proceed with the alteration.
